I absolutely LOVE this location! Every. single. time. I have been to this location the employees are extremely friendly, even in the drive-thru!! I have only come here for their ice cream, which is always delicious, cheap, and filling! But I really can't say enough about their employees, they always make me leave with a smile on my face and an ice cream in hand!

Braums is the chain is awesome. Great ice cream and yogurts and decent food for a great price. This location is somewhat more rundown than most it seems like, although braums is never really known as high end store. Some of the newer locations though are just much cleaner. Either way, the staff is nice and mixes stellar, so I'm happy.

My favorite part of coming to Oklahoma is Braum's! The food and ice cream are amazing and such a great way to celebrate being a little farther north. But I will NEVER come back to this restaurant ever. It wasn't clean and the people were not friendly AT ALL. The only reason this restaurant got two stars is because TY gave us AMAZING customer service during our ice cream order and sincerely apologized for her manager's behavior. I don't care how busy you are Mr. Richard. There is NO reason to be such an a$$. TY deserves a raise and recognition for her dedication to customer service. Richard deserves an attitude adjust and additional training.

4 starts for solely the ice cream Braum's what's a Braum's? I heard about this place from our waiter at dinner. He recommended Braum's and I'm glad he did! Walking inside I saw a sign that mentioned they own their own cows which are free from hormones and antibiotics, what a plus! Got the chocolate chunk hazelnut. Yum. Perfect ration of chocolate chips and hazelnut to ice cream! Ice cream scoops are so cheap, and huge.

Ice cream is and always has been some of the best in town. Their limeades are hit and miss. They range from way too limey, to over the top sweet. About every 3rd or fourth one is pretty good. They really would do themselves a service if they could just train everyone to make one well. Or they just need to get out of the limeade business altogether. The greatest thing is their fresh dairy products. Excellent milk and eggs. Great place to go to grab a few things without having to go to the grocery store.

The shakes had way too much milk in it and we where still in there 5 minutes after they closed and they started to mop around us. The only reason I gave it a two is because the Butter Peacon Ice Cream was amazing

Although the ice cream and grocery products are good--albeit overpriced, the service at this Braum's is horrible. As a previous reviewer wrote, the staff is shorthanded and incompetent. I was overcharged after disputing a charge--didn't notice until I got home. The manager was rude and incapable of even working the cash register. I won't be back to this Braum's any time soon.

Upon arriving in Oklahoma, I noticed giant neon ice cream cones along the road. I quickly figured out that this was Braum's. Not having these in my home state, I was intrigued. We visited the location on 59th Street. It's an interesting concept: part burger joint, part ice cream parlor, part mini cold grocery store. We had a mini burger meal so that we could get shakes with our dinner as well as real food. I was impressed that you could get a shake made out of any one of their twenty or so flavors. It took awhile to get our food since they had to make the fries. I did notice that the fry lady put the effort in to make sure that the fries were crispy enough. The shakes were good and thick. The burger was just O.K. I might recommend going here just for the ice cream. All the food was very reasonably priced. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. It's not quite worth 4.

the best ice cream and dairy in the whole mother crapping world. let me first start off by saying that i'm a HUGE advocate of braum's. if you are a native oklahoma you truly do not REALIZE how friggin' good their milk is until you've been in every other city in the world with water tasting milk. now let me say that this store is very homophobic. i went in there with my gay friend, and we were str8 up denied service. a family walked in about two minutes after we did, and this dude just pops up and was like, "HAY SUP KIN I HALP YOU?" it was pretty messed up, especially cos i love braum's. great for ice cream, but get it to go.

YUMMMMM!!! Braum's is based in OKC, so it is a must thing to do when you visit there. Here we go. We made a visit there and Braum's was highly recommended by my friend. This place is never disappointing. Lots of ice-cream selection, yummmy ice-cream AND exceptionally good price!!! Man, couldn't even believe that a single waffle cone only costs $1.3. It is definitely a must go place anytime!!

GOODNES GRACIOUS!!! You just don't know ice cream until you've been to braum's in oklahoma city, ok. Now I know not everyone has an urge to go to oklahoma for ice cream... I wouldn't either unless I had family there that i was visiting! Braum's has the creamiest tastiest ice cream that I have ever eaten in my entire life. It's so delectable and each flavor that they serve is just scrumptious... pecan praline, vanilla, cherry... you just don't know.... and you never will unless you try it. they also have delicious hamburgers. i am not a fan of fast food restauraunts BUT this has to be one of my favorite places ever. Everytime I visit family, it is an absolute must that I go here.. and my whole family knows it... because I probably won't get to eat braums for another 6 months up to 2 years or more. I love it =)
